1. Overall appearance
The body is full, the arc is natural, the paste is flat, the angles are symmetrical, basically correct, neat and tidy.
2. Surface material
a) Leather, regenerated leather, uniform thickness, no cracks, cracked pulp, discoloration, etc., the surface is flat, the front and rear large surfaces are free of damage, and there may be two rough spots on the rear large surface and the bottom, with an area not larger than 9mm2 , there may be 2 inconspicuous marks and creases.
b) Artificial leather/synthetic leather, without obvious marks, bumps and bumps.
c) Fabric: no warp breakage, weft breakage, skip wire, jumper thread, obvious print, stain, flaw and other defects in the main part, and there may be 2 minor defects in the secondary part.
d) Fur: The quilt is basically smooth, flexible and loose, clean, without crochet, without obvious shedding, oily hair, knots, firm dyeing, no floating color, no obvious color flower, color difference (except for special effects) and other defects.
e) Other materials: no defects affecting the use.
3. Lining
Flat clothes Zhou Zheng, neat and clean, no cracks, broken warp, broken weft, skipping yarn, cracks, loose edges and other defects.
4. Suture
Choose the suture that is suitable for the quality of the fabric and lining used, and the quality is suitable for each part.
5. Sewing stitches
The upper and lower lines are matched, the stitches are straight and the stitches are evenly spaced. There should be no skewed stitches longer than 15mm, no more than 1 empty stitch, missing stitch and skip stitch on a single product, and no more than 2 empty stitches, missing stitches and skip stitches on a single product.
6. Zipper
The stitching is straight, the margins are consistent, the pulling and closing are smooth, and there is no dislocation, tooth loss, or color fading.
7. Accessories
Bright, no rust residue, no leakage plating, no burrs, no peeling or peeling.
