PVC tarpaulin is PVC coated polyester fabric which features light weight, high intensity, long working life, good flexibility, colour fastness; anti-flame, anti-cold and anti-age abilities. It is widely used in awnings, truck cover, tents, banners, inflatable products, adumbral materials for building facility and house.

Since 2019 we have brought the 520gsm PVC knife coated tarpaulin in our regular top up fabrics stock. The knife coated PVC tarpaulin has plenty of advantages than our regular 500D PVC tarpaulin fabrics.

It features:

1. High saturation, clear and delicate picture, bright colors.

2. High strength, good ductility and strong flexibility. This unique property makes this material have a wide range of expansion, high-end fine commodity market. 

3. The surface is smooth and has the ink absorption of impregnation. The chemical nature of the material determines its strong ink absorption, and it can adhere with high strength under oily or aqueous ink conditions. 

4. The physical and chemical properties are stable, mainly manifested in anti-oxidation, acid and alkali resistance and cold resistance.
